Sensory Balloon Ball
The perfect addition to the open-ended and sensory toy range
The sensory balloon ball is a fabric sleeve into which a balloon is placed. This creates a soft, lightweight ball that lasts for weeks and is ideal for indoor use. Its slow motion makes it perfect for young children learning to throw and catch. A playful way to develop motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
The balloon balls are made of seven different fabrics, with varying textures from corduroy to smooth cotton. These fabrics match the fabrics used in the rainbow and pastel beanbags.
The different textures make this toy not only fun to throw or roll, but also fun to feel.
We handcraft our balloons in the Netherlands. We use only OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. The included balloon is made of natural rubber (100% biodegradable).
How do you use a balloon cover?
It's very simple:
- Place the balloon in the sleeve (do not inflate it yet!)
- Keep the mouthpiece out of the opening
- Inflate the balloon until the cover is nice and tight. (Don't overinflate it.)
- Tie a knot and tuck the end of the balloon under the fabric.
- Ready for weeks of fun!
If the balloon eventually bursts, remove it and replace it with a new one. You can continue to use the cover and wash it at 30 degrees.
